Vietnamese Shaking Beef with Toasted Garlic Noodles
Tender slices of flat iron steak are first seared then tossed in an authentic Vietnamese shaking sauce prepared with rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and pure cane sugar for a touch of sweetness. The slices of steak are sautéed with scallions and zesty red onions and served over a fresh watercress salad with cherry tomatoes. A side of our delicious buttered garlic noodles completes our take on the Vietnamese classic.
